河南省建设具有国际影响力的黄河文化旅游带的路径选择

The Pathway of Constructing the Yellow River Cultural Tourism Belt with International Influence in Henan Province

在深入学习贯彻习近平总书记视察河南重要讲话和关于文化旅游融合发展的重要指示精神过程中,河南省提出建设“四个强省”、把文旅产业打造为河南省支柱产业的目标。因此,以系统、整体、协同的改革思路,深入贯彻新发展理念,激发河南省建设黄河文化旅游带新动力;科学规划,擘画好河南省建设黄河文化旅游带路线图;完善机制,勠力推进河南省系统、整体、协同建设黄河文化旅游带;创新方法,绘制河南省国际化黄河文化旅游带新画卷,将其打造成真正体现中华文明的、具有国际影响力的文化旅游带。这有利于提高河南省文化软实力、凝聚中华民族复兴力量,对实现河南省提出的“两个确保”目标、加快河南省由文化旅游大省向文化旅游强省转变具有重大意义。

During the in-depth study and implementation of the important speech made by the President Xi during his visit to Henan and the important directive spirit on the integrated development of cultural tourism,Henan proposed the goal of building“four strong provinces”and making the cultural tourism industry a pillar industry in Henan.Therefore,with systematic,overall and synergistic reform ideas,we will deeply implement the new development concept and stimulate the new momentum of building the Yellow River cultural tourism belt in Henan Province;scientifically plan and break the roadmap of building the Yellow River cultural tourism belt;improve the mechanism and expertly promote the systematic,overall and synergistic building of it;innovate the method and draw a new picture of the international Yellow River cultural tourism belt.It will be built into a cultural tourism belt that truly reflects Chinese civilization and has international influence.This is of great significance not only to improve Henan’s cultural soft power and rally the strength of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,but also to realize the“two guarantees”and accelerate the transformation of Henan from a big cultural tourism province to a strong one.
