我国环境影响评价体系的优化及发展研究

Research on the optimization and development environmental impact evaluation system in China

在各类政策的指导以及支持下,我国的经济水平一直在稳步地提升,人们的环境保护意识越来越高,各地政府在进行经济发展的同时,皆根据区域内的实际情况制定了相应的环境保护政策,同时完善了环境影响评价标准。只是在信息化背景下,传统的环境影响评价体系在很多方面已经不能有效满足全面保障生态环境的工作要求。环境影响评价工作受到各种因素的影响,导致其结果并不准确。因此,如何将环境影响评价体系进行合理优化,是当下相关技术人员研究的重要内容。基于此,本文首先对环境影响评价体系的作用进行简单概述,然后则对其面临的问题进行介绍,最后提出优化策略,以期为环境影响评价体系后续的进一步优化完善提供参考。

Under the guidance and support of various policies,China's economic level has been steadily improving,and people's awareness of environmental protection is also increasing.Local governments have formulated corresponding environmental protection policies according to the actual situation in the region and improved the environmental impact assessment standards.However,under the background of informatization,the traditional environmental impact assessment system can no longer effectively meet the requirements of comprehensive protection of the ecological environment in many aspects.Environmental impact assessment work is affected by various factors,which may lead to inaccurate results.Therefore,how to reasonably optimize the environmental impact assessment system is an important research subject for relevant technical personnel.Based on this,this article first gives a brief overview of the role of the environmental impact assessment system,then introduces the problems it faces,and finally puts forward optimization strategies,hoping to provide reference for further optimization and improvement of the environmental impact assessment system.
