摘要
各类涂装车间多会生成VOCs,对此一般处理方法包括:吸附、吸收等物理方法,直接焚烧、催化燃烧、光催化氧化等化学方法,微生物与植物降解等生物学方法。基于涂装车间的具体条件,应当先用多级过滤器过滤,再用活性炭吸附与催化氧化结合,或沸石吸附与蓄热氧化燃烧结合的工艺来实现对VOCs的处理。
All kinds of coating workshop will generate VOCs.The general treatment methods include:physical methods such as adsorption and absorption,chemical methods such as direct incineration,catalytic combustion and photocatalytic oxidation,biological methods such as microbial and plant degradation.Based on the specific conditions of the coating workshop,the multi-stage filter should be used first,and then the combination of activated carbon adsorption and catalytic oxidation,or the combination of zeolite adsorption and regenerative oxidation combustion should be used to achieve the treatment of VOCs.
