摘要
本文以上海市奉贤柘林塘生态廊道二期工程为例,对土壤施加300g/m^(2)的脱硫石膏、300g/m^(2)的过磷酸钙和12g/m^(2)硫磺,同时在树穴内填加1/3高度的园林废弃物和2500g/m^(2)的有机肥。改良半年后,土壤pH值由原的8.5降至7.1,电导率由原来的0.19 mS/cm添加至0.31mS/cm,物理性质已经满足大部分植物生长的条件。改良前土壤养分含量极低,且基本无微生物活性及微生物量,改良后土壤有机质含量增加了26.7%,植物生长必须的大量元素氮、磷、钾、硫、钙、镁的储量也明显增加,增加量最小的磷为12%,增加量最大的为钙近2倍。能够直接被植物利用的有效态钾、钙、镁分别增加了55.1%、31.3%、23.1%,微量元素硼、钼、铜的有效态含量分别增加了9.6%、214.2%、16.0%。改良后,土壤微生物活性由原来的0提高到7mg N/kg,微生物生物量增加了6倍,真菌生物量为改良前的3倍,细菌生物量由改良前的未检出达到65mgC/kg。
The experiment was carried out on the plot which belonged to the second phase project of Zhelintang Ecological Corridor in Shanghai Fengxian district.In this case study,amendments including 300g/m^(2) desulfurization gypsum,300g/m^(2) calcium superphosphate and 12g/m^(2) sulfur were applied to the soil at the rate of 1/3 height of garden waste and 2500g/m^(2) organic fertilizer in tree pits.After six months,the soil pH decreased from 8.5 to 7.1,while electrical conductivity increased from 0.19 mS/cm to 0.31mS/cm,meeting most plant growth requirements.Before amendment,the nutrient content of the soil was extremely low with little microbial activity and biomass.However,after amendment,the soil organic matter content increased by 26.7%,and a large number of elements,such as nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,sulfur,calcium,and magnesium necessary for plant growth,increased significantly.Among these,phosphorus had an increase of 12%,while calcium had nearly doubled.The available forms of potassium,calcium,and magnesium,which could directly be used by plants,increased by 55.1%,31.3%,and 23.1%,and the contents of trace elements boron,molybdenum,and copper in their available forms increased by 9.6%,214.2%,and 16.0%,respectively.After amendment,the microbial activity increased from zero to 7mg N/kg,and microbial biomass increased six-fold,while fungal biomass increased three-fold compared to that before amendment.Bacterial biomass increased significantly from undetected levels to 65mgC/kg.
