摘要
NLRP3炎性小体是最具特征的炎性体,其可参与心力衰竭、心肌梗死、动脉粥样硬化以及心律失常等心脏病的发病过程,抑制NLRP3炎性小体激活可有效治疗心脏病。炎性小体的组装和激活过程较为复杂,揭示其活化过程及其与心脏病的关系有望开发出新型靶向防治心脏疾病的药物。
NLRP3 inflammatsome is the most characteristic inflammasome.It can play some roles in the pathogenesis of heart diseases such as heart failure,myocardial infarction,atherosclerosis and arrhythmia.Inhibiting the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome can effectively treat heart diseases.The assembly and activation process of inflammasome are complex.Revealing its activation process and its relationship with heart disease may develop new drugs targeting at the prevention and treatment of heart disease.
