摘要 微小RNAs(miRNAs)是一类非编码RNAs,与多种心血管疾病相关,包括高血压、心力衰竭和心肌梗死等。miRNAs的表达在心肌肥厚过程中通过调节心肌细胞自噬、炎性反应和能量代谢等过程调控心肌肥厚。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a class of non-coding RNAs associated with a variety of cardiovascular diseases,including hypertension,heart failure and myocardial infarction.Expression of miRNAs changes during cardiac hypertrophy,which regulates cardiac hypertrophy by regulating cardiomyocyte autophagy,inflammatory response and energy metabolism.This article reviews the expression changes,potential targets and molecular mechanisms of miRNAs in cardiac hypertrophy.
