摘要
利用光谱法探究在血浆中常见的5种金属元素存在下,利培酮对聚肌胞抑制血清白蛋白的影响.研究表明:在利培酮的影响下,聚肌胞以动态猝灭的模式对蛋白的荧光进行抑制.确定了各种常数、抑制位点、相互作用力、结合部位和协同作用等.添加的铜和镍只能略微增加抑制作用,铬、锰和镁反而削弱了抑制作用.
In this paper,the effects of risperidone on the inhibition of serum albumin by polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid in the presence of five common metal elements in plasma were investigated by spectrometric method.The results showed that under the influence of risperidone,polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid inhibited the fluorescence of proteins in a dynamic quenching mode.Various constants,inhibition sites,interaction forces,binding sites and synergies were determined.The addition of copper and nickel only slightly increased the inhibition,but also weakened by chromium,manganese and magnesium.
