摘要 阿海电厂顶盖排水系统装置于2012年投产,顶盖排水系统是水轮发电机组必要的辅助系统,不论机组在发电态亦或是停机态,顶盖积水主要由导叶中轴套漏水和顶盖与大轴间漏水等原因引起,顶盖排水系统的作用是排走渗漏积水,防止积水过多引发水淹厂房,导致机组非计划停运。通过对阿海电厂顶盖排水系统故障进行模拟分析,在原有设备和程序基础之上增加部分设备和修改部分程序,将顶盖排水系统由原来的开关量控制改为以模拟量为主开关量为辅的控制模式,从而将顶盖排水系统的可靠性提高,为此类故障的分析及处理方法提供参考。 The head drainage system of Ahai Power Plant was put into operation in 2012.The head drainage system is the necessary auxiliary system for the hydraulic generator unit.Whether the unit is in power or shutdown state,the head water accumulation is mainly caused by the leakage of the bushing in the guide vane and the leakage between the head and the large shaft.The function of the head drainage system is to drain the seepage water and prevent the excessive water accumulation from causing the flooding of the power house and resulting in the unplanned shutdown of the unit.Based on the analog analysis of the faults in the drainage system of the roof cover of Ahai Power Plant,some equipment and modification procedures are added to the original equipment and procedures.In order to improve the reliability of the drainage system of the top cover,the control mode of the top cover drainage system is changed from the original switching quantity control to that of the auxiliary switching quantity with the analog quantity,which provides a reference for the analysis and treatment of such faults.
