Research on the Deep Integration of Party History Learning and Education Achievements with Safety Management of Operating Teams

将党史学习教育过程中激发出来的信念信心、热情激情,转化为班组攻坚克难、干事创业的具体实践,归纳总结了符合班组安全管理实际的“三强化三引领”“1233”“三会一技”3项管理路径,把党史学习教育成果充分应用在安全生产的具体实践中,落实在班组安全管理创新中。

It is necessary to transform the belief,confidence and enthusiasm aroused in the process of learning and education of Party History into the specific practice of the team in overcoming difficulties and starting an undertaking by officers.This paper summarizes the three management paths of“Three Strengthens,Three Guides”,“1233”and“Three Hui and One Ji”,which conform to the actual safety management of the group,and fully applies the achievements of Party history learning and education to the specific practice of safety production and to the innovation of safety management of the group.
