刷洗一体式冷却器管束清洗喷头的研制与应用

摘要 目前梨园水电站推力冷却器管束主要采用试管刷进行刷洗,该方法清洗十分不便,清洗耗时长。通过对清洗过程进行细化分析,针对目前推力冷却器管束清洗无专用工具、清洗效率低的困境,提出了解决方案,并加以实施,达到了缩短了冷却器管束清洗时间,减少重新清洗次数的效果,提高冷却器管束清洗效率,缩短了机组检修工期。 At present,the thrust cooler tube bundles of Liyuan Hydropower Station are mainly brushed by test tube brush,which is inconvenient and takes a long time to clean.Through detailed analysis of cleaning process,the solution is put forward and implemented to solve the dilemma of no special tool and low cleaning efficiency for thrust cooler tube bundle cleaning at present.It achieves the effect of shortening the cleaning time and re-cleaning times of the cooler tube bundle,improving the cleaning efficiency of the cooler tube bundle and shortening the overhaul period of the unit.
