构建“大监督”体系,是贯彻落实习近平总书记在全国国有企业党的建设工作会议上重要讲话精神,是发挥监督最大效能、形成监督合力的必然要求。以A新能源公司为研究对象,以服务中心工作推动高质量发展为主线,分析新能源企业“大监督”格局建设现状,结合新能源风险防控、“三道防线”建设,探索创新构建“基于风险、突出重点、监管结合、协调一致”的“大监督”格局,推动从严治党与从严治企紧密结合,有效解决当下新能源企业所面临的多头监督、重复监督和监督不到位等突出问题难题,减少监督资源重复配置与浪费,提高监督资源使用效率与监督效果,将从严治党与从严治企紧密结合,将运营风险防控与廉政建设深度融合,推进企业高质量发展。

Building a"big supervision"system is to implement the spirit of PresidentXi's important speech at the National Conference on Party Building in State Owned Enterprises,and is an inevitable requirement for maximizing the effectiveness of supervision and forming a joint force of supervision.Taking A New Energy Company as the research object,this article focuses on promoting high-quality development through service center work,and analyzes the current situation of the"big supervision"pattern construction in new energy enterprises.By combining the prevention and control of new energy risks and the construction of the"three lines of defense",we will explore and innovate the construction of a"big supervision"pattern based on risks,highlighting key points,combining supervision,and coordinating,and promote the close integration of strict governance of the Party and enterprises.It effectively solves the prominent problems faced by current new energy enterprises,such as multiple supervision,repeated supervision,and inadequate supervision,reduces the redundant allocation and waste of supervision resources,and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of supervision resource utilization.We will closely combine strict governance of the Party with strict governance of enterprises,deeply integrate operational risk prevention and control with anti-corruption construction,and promote high-quality development of enterprises.
