摘要 随着城市的高速发展,速度快、承载量大、无交通拥堵等诸多优点的城市轨道交通越来越受到人们的青睐,全国各地也都加大了城市轨道交通项目的建设。城市轨道交通必须建立在高度安全的基础之上,除了质量可靠的列车、电力、机电等设备外,构建一个面向应用、安全可靠、具有完全自主知识产权、全国产化、高安全等级的基础软件平台,全面支撑轨道交通综合监控各个系统应用的互联互通、联动运行,对于保证轨道交通安全、高效运行有非常重要的意义。 With the rapid development of cities,urban rail transit with many advantages such as high speed,large carrying capacity,and no traffic congestion is more and more favored by people,and the construction of urban rail transit projects has also been increased all over the country.Urban rail transit must be built on the basis of high safety.In addition to reliable trains,electric power,electromechanical equipment,etc.,an application-oriented,safe and reliable basic software with completely independent intellectual property rights,national production and high safety level shall be constructed.The platform fully supports the interconnection and linkage operation of various system applications of rail transit comprehensive monitoring,which is of great significance for ensuring safe and efficient driving.
