随着城市的高速发展,速度快、承载量大、无交通拥堵等诸多优点的城市轨道交通越来越受到人们的青睐,全国各地也都加大了城市轨道交通项目的建设。城市轨道交通必须建立在高度安全的基础之上,除了质量可靠的列车、电力、机电等设备外,构建一个面向应用、安全可靠、具有完全自主知识产权、全国产化、高安全等级的基础软件平台,全面支撑轨道交通综合监控各个系统应用的互联互通、联动运行,对于保证轨道交通安全、高效运行有非常重要的意义。
