数据中台在电子政务中的应用探讨与研究

Discussion and Research on the Application of Data Center in E-government

针对政府在数据开放所面临的数据孤岛化、数据共享困难、数据质量低等问题,提出基于数据中台的电子政务数据治理新模式;对电子政务数据中台本质内涵、核心价值、数据治理模式、应用场景等进行了探讨。数据中台的应用有利于促进政府治理能力和效率、深化服务公众能力的不断提升。

Aiming at the problems faced by the government in data opening,such as data islanding,data sharing difficulties and low data quality,a new model of E-government data governance based on data center is proposed.This paper discusses the essence,core value,data governance mode and application scenarios of E-government data center.The application of the data center is conducive to promote the government's governance capacity and efficiency,and deepen the ability to serve the public.
