摘要
为研究稳态浇铸条件下生产的耐磨钢NM500铸坯洁净度控制水平,对BOF-LF-RH-CC生产的NM500铸坯进行取样,检测分析了铸坯不同位置的T[O]、[N]、[H]含量及夹杂物分布,并与对应成品钢板低温冲击、冷弯检验统计结果进行对比分析。结果表明,现行工艺条件下生产的NM500铸坯洁净度良好,可以满足最终产品的加工成型要求。
In order to study the cleanliness control level of wear-resistant steel NM500 billet produced under steady-state casting conditions,the NM500 billet produced by BOF-LF-RH-CC was sampled,and the T\,\,\content and inclusion distribution at different positions of the billet were detected and analyzed,and compared with the statistical results of the corresponding finished steel plate low-temperature impact and cold bending tests.The results show that the NM500 billet produced under the existing process conditions has good cleanliness and can meet the requirements of the final product processing.
