摘要
维生素K_(2)是一种重要的脂溶性维生素,与人体健康有密切联系。目前我国作为食品营养强化剂允许使用的维生素K2仅有七烯甲萘醌分型,且仅允许用在个别乳粉。乳及乳制品作为摄取维生素K_(2)的重要食品来源,越来越受重视。对现行法律法规规定的适用范围和检测方法进行比较,提出针对性对策建议,为生产企业、检测机构和监管部门提供参考。
Vitamin K_(2),an important lipid soluble vitamin,is closely related to human health.At present,only menaquinone-7 is allowed to be used in individual milk powder as a food nutritional fortifier in China.Milk and dairy products are receiving increasing attention as important food source for Vitamin K_(2) intake.Compare the applicable scope and testing methods specified by current laws and regulations,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to providing reference for the monitoring of production enterprises,testing institutions and regulatory departments.
