摘要
玉米-大豆带状复合种植模式下,需依次对两侧玉米带进行收获,作业过程繁琐。为此,设计了一种可对两侧玉米带一次性收获的高地隙玉米收获机,并对整机及关键部件进行了设计。为验证车架的可靠性,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对车架进行了有限元仿真,发现车架的前6阶模态频率的最大值为41.55 Hz,小于车辆在作业状态下的激励频率值,符合设计的安全要求。为验证样机的作业性能,以损失率为指标,在作业速度为3 km/h的条件下开展田间试验,结果表明:高地隙玉米收获机样机的总损失率Sz=18.88%,能够实现在此种农艺模式下骑跨大豆带对两侧玉米带收获作业,简化了玉米收获的作业过程,可为此种农艺模式下玉米收获机的研究提供设计参考。
Under the corn soybean strip compound planting mode,the corn belt on both sides needs to be harvested in turn,and the operation process is cumbersome.In this paper,a high gap corn harvester which can harvest corn belts on both sides at one time is designed,and the whole machine and key components are designed.In order to verify the reliability of the frame,the finite element simulation of the frame is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software.It is found that the maximum value of the first six modal frequencies of the frame is 41.55 Hz,which is less than the excitation frequency value of the vehicle in the working state,which meets the safety requirements of the design.In order to verify the operation performance of the prototype,taking the loss rate as the index,the field test was carried out under the condition of operating speed of 3 km/h.The results showed that the total loss rate S Z=18.88% of the prototype of high gap corn harvester could realize the harvest operation of riding across the soybean belt on both sides of the corn belt under this agronomic mode,and simplify the operation process of corn harvest.This paper can provide design reference for the research of corn harvester under this agronomic mode.
