摘要
为获取黄金百香果藤蔓力学性能参数,以其藤蔓为试验材料,对其进行了径向压缩、轴向压缩、三点抗弯和抗剪试验。结果表明:黄金百香果的大主藤、小主藤、支藤的径向平均压缩弹性模量分别为36.48、30.84、20.83MPa,轴向平均压缩弹性模量分别为19.44、10.35、4.31MPa;大主藤、小主藤、支藤的平均抗弯强度分别为13.37、11.23、7.46MPa,平均抗剪切强度分别为4.82、4.88、5.16MPa;抗压强度、弯曲强度、剪切强度均与含水率呈负相关,与密度呈正相关。研究结果可为黄金百香果藤蔓加工处理设备关键部件设计与开发提供一定的理论依据。
In order to obtainthe mechanical properties of gold passion fruit vine,radial compression,axial compression,three-point bending and shear tests were carried out on passion fruit vineinthispaper,The test results showed thatthe radial average compressive elastic modulus of large main vine,small main vine and branch vine of gold passion fruit were 36.48MPa,30.84MPa and 20.83MPa respectively,and the axial average compressive elastic modulus of large main vine,small main vine and branch vine were 19.44MPa,10.35MPa and 4.31 MParespectively.,and the average bending strength of large main vine,small main vine and branch vine were 13.37MPa,11.23MPa and 7.46 MPa,and the average shear strength of large main vine,small main vine and branch vine were 13.37MPa,11.23MPa and 7.46 MPaindependently.The result also shows that the compressive strength,bending strength and shear strength were negatively correlated with water content,but positively correlated with density.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the design and development of key components of gold passion fruit vine processing equipment.
