摘要
近年来,电子管理系统已经能够自动地选择和旋转发动机齿轮,降低每小时的燃料消耗。为此,利用自动变速箱与发动机转速管理系统对一种农用拖拉机性能的影响进行评估分析。评估试验采用随机分组设计,在50m长的条状结构中进行,试验变量为是否有变速器和发动机旋转的自动管理系统,并在牵引杆上施加3种不同的载荷,试验数据采用方差分析和Tukey检验。研究结果表明:增加变速器和发动机转动的自动管理系统,可以减少车轮打滑20%,提高拖拉机运行速度10%,节约燃油消耗28%。研究结果对于提高拖拉机性能具有重要的意义。
Through the continuous introduction of new technologies,agricultural machinery achieves the goal of improving the energy performance and operating efficiency of agricultural machinery.In recent years,electronic management systems have been able to automatically select and rotate engine gears,reducing fuel consumption per hour.This research evaluates and analyzes the influence of automatic transmission and engine speed management system on the performance of an agricultural tractor.The test adopts a random grouping design and is carried out in a 50-meter-long strip structure.The test variable is whether there is an automatic management system for transmission and engine rotation.Three different loads are applied to the drawbar.The test data uses analysis of variance and Tukey test..The research results show that adding an automatic management system for transmission and engine rotation can reduce wheel slip by 20%,increase tractor operating speed by 10%,and save fuel consumption by 28%.The research results are of great significance for improving the performance,design and manufacturing of tractors.
