摘要 拖拉机是农业生产中应用最为广泛的农业机械之一,随着我国农业机械化的高速发展,其自动化及智能化程度逐渐成为衡量农业机械发展水平的重要标准。拖拉机底盘系统是支撑拖拉机发动机的重要部分,主要为车辆提供动力。为了提升拖拉机自动化水平,以履带式拖拉机为研究对象,对拖拉机底盘控制系统进行设计,重点对其关键部件转向控制系统的参数进行了计算,即针对自动转向系统,制定了转向油缸活塞杆位移和行驶速度的复合控制策略。基于优化后的参数和所开发的控制策略,在AMESim中建立了仿真模型。仿真结果表明:所提出的控制策略能够在不同车速和载荷下实现活塞杆位移和速度的同步控制。研究结果为拖拉机底盘控制系统的研究与优化提供了新思路。 The tractor is one of the most widely used agricultural machinery in agricultural production,with the rapid development of China’s agricultural mechanization,its automation and intelligence degree gradually become an important measure of the level of development of agricultural machinery.Tractor chassis system is an important part to support the tractor engine,to provide power for the vehicle.In order to improve the level of tractor automation,this study takes the crawler tractor as the research object,and designs the tractor chassis control system,focusing on the parameters of its key component steering control system,and develops a composite control strategy of steering cylinder piston rod displacement and driving speed for this automatic steering system.Based on the optimized parameters and the developed control strategy,a simulation model is established in AMESim,and the simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can realize the synchronous control of piston rod displacement and speed under different vehicle speeds and loads.The results of the study provide new ideas for the research and optimization of tractor control systems.
