浅谈高校集成电路产业学院建设现状及对策——以常州大学为例

摘要 当前,集成电路产业以其重要的战略地位逐渐成国际竞争的主要领域。加快集成电路产业建设,推动集成电路及专用装备发展是国家重点发展领域之一。集成电路是一个实践性很强的产业领域,需要大量工程化人才。但是高校在集成电路产业学院建设以及人才培养过程中往往面临着人才短缺、设备陈旧等一系列的难题。建设高效的人才培养产业学院是我国在集成电路产业取得重要战略地位的关键。以常州大学为例,讨论了集成电路产业学院建设面临的问题并提出了建设的新模式。 Due to its significant strategic position,the integrated circuit sector has currently progressively evolved into the primary arena of worldwide rivalry.Accelerating the establishment of the integrated circuit industry and fostering the development of integrated circuits and specialized equipment is one of the national development strategies.Thus,a lot of engineering skills are needed in the extremely practical industrial field of integrated circuits.But there are a few training problems such as a talent scarcity and out-of-date equipment that regularly come up when building integrated circuit industry colleges.How to build an efficient talent training industry college is the key for China to obtain an important strategic position in the integrated circuit industry.This paper examines the issues surrounding the construction of a college of integrated circuit industry and proposes a new construction model based on Changzhou University.
