专业背景类课程学员学习激励机制研究

摘要 学习积极性是影响学习效果的重要因素和推动力。如果学员没有学习积极性,即使教员教得再好,教学也不能取得良好的效果。由此可见,学员学习积极性的重要性。专业背景类课程属于专业基础课程,基础性和理论性较强,内容较枯燥,某种程度上容易造成学员学习积极性不高。因此,研究专业背景类课程学员学习激励机制对提升学员学习积极性、提升教学效果具有重要的意义。在分析影响学员学习动力的原因的基础上,有针对性地提出了专业背景类课程学员学习积极性的激励机制。 Learning enthusiasm is an important factor and driving force of learning effect.If students are not motivated to learn,no matter how well the teachers teach,teaching will not achieve good results.This shows the importance of learning enthusiasm.Professional background courses belong to professional basic courses,which are more basic,theoretical as well as boring.To some extent,it is easy to cause students’low learning enthusiasm.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the learning incentive mechanism of students in professional background courses to improve their learning enthusiasm and teaching effect.On the basis of analyzing the reasons influencing students’learning motivation,this paper puts forward the incentive mechanism of students’learning enthusiasm of professional background courses.
