摘要
通过对480名参加和未参加公益创业实践的家庭经济困难大学生社会责任感维度的T检验,得知公益创业实践对家庭经济困难大学生敬业和奉献精神、服务意识、承担责任的正向干预作用显著,是培养大学生社会责任感的有效教育方式。通过对341名参加公益创业实践项目的大学生进行调查访谈,总结出高校公益创业实践培养大学生社会责任感的路径图,并提出遵循教育理念现代化、教学形式多样化、培养过程系统化、教学方法人性化、素质考核标准化等五项原则。
Through the T-test of the social responsibility dimension of 480 college students with financial difficulties who participated in and did not participate in the public welfare entrepreneurship practice,it is concluded that the public welfare entrepreneurship practice has a significant positive effect on the professionalism,dedication,service consciousness and responsibility of college students with financial difficulties,and is an effective education method suitable for cultivating their sense of social responsibility.Through the investigation and interview of 341 college students who participated in the public welfare entrepreneurship practice project,this paper summarizes the path map of cultivating the sense of social responsibility in the public welfare entrepreneurship practice in colleges and universities.When cultivating students,we should follow five principles:the modernization of educational ideas,the diversification of teaching forms,the systematization of training process,the humanization of teaching methods and the standardization of quality assessment.
