高职动物医学专业现代学徒制的现实困境分析

动物医学专业开展现代学徒制工作有利于高质量培养动物医学类实用性技术技能人才,是现代畜牧业发展的需求,能满足学生分层分类培养的要求,是培养德技并修兽医人才的有效路径之一。但在实践过程中,动物医学专业构建现代学徒制校企命运共同体受到不少因素的制约,尤其畜禽养殖企业开展现代学徒制工作受防疫大环境的影响较大。另外,企业能否留住学徒人才,企业自身经济效益与发展策略都是不小的影响因素。同时校外导师的教学能力尤其课程思政能力存在较大短板,这些现实困境是制约动物医学专业现代学徒制发展的因素。

The development of modern apprenticeship in animal medicine is conducive to high-quality training of practical technical skills of animal medicine,which is the demand of animal husbandry development and can also meet the requirements of stratified and classified training of students.But in practice,building modern apprenticeship university-enterprise fate community have many restricts.The epidemic prevention has a big influence;the talents can be retained or not;the concerns of economic benefit and development strategies,the tutor’s teaching ability especially weakness in curriculum ideology and politics,All of the realistic predicament is factors restricting the development of animal medicine professional modern apprenticeships.
