摘要 工业领域革命性技术的创新及研发,持续推动化工、钢铁、制造业等领域向智慧化转型。基于刺激工业不断革新发展的新技术变革等外部因素和工业企业降本增效、科学管理等数字化转型的内部需求,依托5G、大数据、AI等新技术的创新智慧工厂不断涌现,文章介绍5G+智慧工厂建设方案,从基础设施、数据中心、平台应用、前端展示四方面建立起完整的智慧工厂顶层规划,以及全场景实时准确的数据支撑智能决策体系,实现由人工经验管理决策向数据驱动管理决策模式转变;实现安全管理智能化、能源管控智能化、环保管理一体化,助力节能减排、降本增效、应急指挥决策。方案基于已落地千万级项目,可靠性、先进性、完整性得到充分验证,可为同类智慧工厂建设提供架构方向参考。 The innovation and research and development of revolutionary technologies in the industrial field continue to promote the intelligent transformation of chemical,steel,manufacturing and other fields.Based on the external factors such as new technological changes that stimulate the continuous innovation and development of industry and the internal needs of industrial enterprises for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement,scientific management and other digital transformation,innovative smart factories relying on new technologies such as 5G,big data,AI and so on continue to emerge.This article introduces the construction scheme of 5G+smart factories,and establishes a complete top-level planning of smart factories from four aspects:infrastructure,data center,platform application,and front-end display,establishes a real-time and accurate data supporting intelligent decision-making system for the whole scene,and realizes the transformation from manual experience management decision-making to data driven management decision-making mode;realizes intelligent safety management,intelligent energy management and control,and integration of environmental protection management to help energy conservation and emission reduction,costs reduction and efficiency increase,and emergency command and decision-making.The scheme is based on ten million level projects,and reliability,advancement and integrity have been fully verified,which can provide an architectural direction reference for the construction of similar smart factories.
