An introduction was made on the basic information of Meilin Navigation-Power Complex.Staged coffer⁃dam construction diversion scheme was designed for this project.According to layout of main works and construc⁃tion schedule,based on comparison of diversion program schemes,the construction diversion scheme with less cost and without temporary inundation during construction was selected.
