摘要
实行全过程工程咨询建管模式,有力提升了工程建管的成效,得到越来越多政府主管部门和项目法人的认可。以武思江水库除险加固工程全过程咨询项目为例,介绍了该项目以全过程项目管理为核心,创新项目管理手段,实施“强总部、精前端”管理模式,为项目法人提供全方位、高质量的全过程咨询服务。总结了该项目管理实践经验,分析了全过程咨询项目管理工作的做法和取得的成效。
The construction management mode of whole process engineering consultation is able to improve the con⁃struction management effectiveness of project,and has been recognized by more and more government departments and project legal entities.Taking Wusijiang Reservoir Reinforcement Project as example,an introduction was made on the full range and high-quality whole-process consultation service provided for the project legal entity with whole-process project management as the core,and by innovating project management methods,implementing the management mode of strong headquarter and fine front-end.The author also summarized the practice experience of project management,analyzed the methods and effectiveness of whole-process consultation project management.
