高铁车体端墙腻子自动打磨工艺研究 被引量:1

Research of the Automatic Putty Polishing Techniques for the End Walls of High Speed Rail Vehicles

摘要 文章通过仿真计算可知高铁白车身腻子打磨系统对高铁模型车端墙区域的打磨覆盖率为93.57%,无碰撞风险;通过正交试验确定了端墙打磨时的最优工艺参数:轨迹行距55 cm,法向压力90 N,打磨速度400 mm/s,磨盘转速9000 r/min,砂纸粒径120目。经打磨工艺参数设计、路径设计、程序设计,完成了自动打磨系统端墙区域的打磨,打磨后涂层外观良好,符合要求,且打磨效率及砂纸利用率较高,单车端墙打磨可控制在5 min,砂纸可连续打磨15 min。 Simulating calculation indicates that BIW putty polishing system for high speed railcar achieves a polishing coverage of 93.57%on the end wall area of the model car without any risk of collision;and the orthogonal test determines the optimum operating parameters for the end wall polishing process:track line spacing 55cm,normal pressure 90N,polishing speed 400mm/s,rotational speed of polishing wheel 9000 r/min,grain size of abrasive paper 120 mesh.Proper design of polishing parameters,path design and program design can guarantee the polishing operation of the automatic polishing system on the end wall area with subsequent excellent coating appearance,and the polishing efficiency and use ratio of the abrasive paper is considerably high with the polishing time spent on the end wall of each individual car controlled within 5min and the abrasive paper keeping polishing for 15min continuously.
