在役调整螺杆螺纹部位的超声相控阵检测 被引量:1

摘要 针对在役调整螺杆螺纹处的疲劳裂纹检测,采用超声相控阵检测新方法进行试验验证,又采用湿法连续法荧光磁粉检测方法进行验证,确认了超声相控阵检测方法合理有效,从而确保工件使用的安全性。 With regard to the detection of fatigue cracking on the threaded part of in-service adjusting screw,phased array ultrasonic detection method is used for experimental verification and wet continuous fluorescent magnetic particle detection is also applied for verification.It is confirmed that the applied phased array ultrasonic detection is a rational and effective method which can ensure the safety of workpiece operation.
