摘要
为了对配电网电压电流进行有效的控制,设计了多因素溯源的配电网双向管控系统。采用输入侧并联输出侧串联的配置结构,引入中压直流馈线实现各区域的互通互联。提出新型的分布式电源并网点电压的OLTC调压方法,应用配电网有载调压器,实时监测各接入点和远端负荷的电压情况,及时对配电网电压进行调节。建立集群储能调压控制模型,将配电网划分成不同集群,目标函数为在消除节点电压越限,防止配电网出现过电压和欠电压的情况。实验结果显示所提出的配电网双向管控系统对配电网电压的控制效果最好,电压偏差水平接近1.0,将馈线电压控制在1.06 PU以下。
In order to effectively control the voltage and current of the distribution network,this study establishes a multi-factor traceability bi-directional control system of the distribution network.It adopts the configuration structure of the input side in parallel with the output side in series,and introduces the medium voltage DC feeder to realize the interconnection of all regions.A new OLTC voltage regulation method of distributed power supply and node voltage is proposed,it uses on-load voltage regulator of distribution network to monitor the voltage of access points and remote loads in real time and adjust the voltage of distribution network in time.The voltage regulating control model of cluster energy storage is established,and the distribution network is divided into different clusters.The objective function is to eliminate node voltage overlimit and prevent over-voltage and under-voltage in the distribution network.The experimental results show that the bi-directional control system of the distribution network in this study has the best control effect on the voltage of the distribution network.The voltage deviation level is close to 1.0,and the feeder voltage is controlled below 1.06 PU.
