基于生物结构成像的眼前段OCT分析仪器在角膜病变诊断的应用

摘要 研究对象男女各16例,分析年龄分布后分组,实验组用眼前段OCT分析仪器来及进行角膜生物成像;对照组用超声生物显微镜(UBM)进行角膜生物成像,后由两名专业医生根据影像对角膜是病变给出判断,分析两种生物成像的准确率。结果,实验组三次不同的TP、FN值,男患者三次TP值分别为15、14、15,女患者三次TP值分别为15、15、14;男患者三次FN值分别为1、2、1,女患者三次FN值分别为1、1、2。男患者三次TP值分别12、12、13,女患者三次TP值分别为11、14、12;男患者三次FN值分别为4、4、3,女患者三次FN值分别为5、2、4。实验组准确率91.67%,对照组准确率77.08%,差异显著(P<0.05)。 The subject recruited 16 males and 16 females,and divided them into two groups after analyzing the age distribution.In the control group,ultrasound biomicroscope medicine(UBM)was used for corneal biological imaging,and then two professional doctors judged whether the cornea was a lesion according to the image,and analyzed the accuracy of the two kinds of biological imaging.Results show that the TP and FN values of the experimental group are different three times.The TP values of male patients are 15,14,and 15,respectively,and the TP values of female patients are 15,15,and 14,respectively.The FN values of male patients are 1,2,and 1,and the FN values of female patients were female patients are 1,1,and 2.The three times TP values of male patients are 12,12,and 13,respectively,and the three times TP values of female patients are 11,14,and 12,respectively;The FN values of male patients are 4,4,and 3,and female patients are 5,2,and 4.The accuracy rate of the experimental group is 91.67%,and that of the control group is 77.08%which implies significant difference with P<0.05.
