基于竞争战略的花卉公司采购与供应管理研究

摘要 采购与供应管理是影响花卉公司市场竞争力的关键因素,也是花卉公司做大做强国内市场、拓展国际市场应该关注的重点领域。然而,目前国内花卉公司的采购与供应管理仍然面临着一些问题,比如花卉采购需求预测管理方式粗放、花卉供应商合作机制不科学、物流运输缺乏核心技术支持、花卉采购与供应管理人员的培训力度不大等。因此,文章基于竞争战略理论,探究国内花卉公司采购与供应管理中存在的问题,针对性地提出优化建议,为国内花卉公司的持续良性发展提供参考和借鉴。 Purchasing and supply management are the key factors that affect the market competitiveness of f lower companies,and also the key areas that f lower companies should pay attention to in order to expand the domestic market and expand the international market.However,domestic f lower companies still face some problems in the procurement and supply management,such as the extensive management of f lower procurement demand forecast,the unscientific cooperation mechanism of f lower suppliers,lack of core technical support for logistics transportation,and the poor training of f lower procurement and supply management personnel.Therefore,based on the theory of competition strategy,the paper explores the problems that often occur in the procurement and supply management of domestic f lower companies,and puts forward targeted optimization suggestions,providing reference for the continuous positive development of domestic f lower companies.
