文章主要探讨了在区域全面经济伙伴关系协定(RCEP)框架下,我国跨境物流行业数字化转型的现状和发展趋势。首先,介绍了跨境物流数字化的概念和意义,并分析了RCEP对我国跨境物流数字化转型的影响。随后,文章结合数据和案例深入探讨了当前我国跨境物流数字化技术的现状、行业面临的挑战,包括海关清关程序、物流基础设施瓶颈、语言和文化障碍、安全和合规性等方面。最后,提出了推进我国跨境物流数字化转型的建议和意见,包括加强政策协调、提高数字技术的应用性、优化物流网络布局等,为我国跨境物流行业的数字化转型提供有益思路和参考。

This paper mainly discusses the current situation and future development trend of the digital transformation of China's cross-border logistics industry under the framework of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement(RCEP).The paper first introduces the concept and significance of digitalization of cross-border logistics,and analyzes the impact of RCEP on the digital transformation of cross-border logistics in China.Subsequently,the paper combines data and cases to deeply discuss the current status of China's cross-border logistics digital technology,as well as the challenges faced by the industry,including customs clearance procedures,logistics infrastructure bottlenecks,language and cultural barriers,security and compliance and other aspects.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions and comments to promote the digitalization of cross-border logistics,including strengthening policy coordination,improving digital technology applications,optimizing logistics network layout and the like,providing useful ideas and references for the digital transformation of China's cross-border logistics industry.
