摘要
数字化为供应链绿色创新与高质量发展提供了良好的契机。基于供应链绿色创新系统的复杂性,文章从“经济-生态-资源-产出”的角度出发,利用系统动力学构建了供应链绿色创新系统仿真模型。以辽宁省为研究区域,选取2012—2021年的历史数据对不同情境下供应链绿色创新系统的演变趋势进行动态研究。研究证实了数字化投入对供应链绿色创新绩效的促进作用,并从数字化建设、产业协同集聚、环境规制设计等角度提出政策建议。
Digitalization provides a good opportunity for green innovation and high-quality development of supply chains.Based on the complexity of the supply chain green innovation system,this paper constructs a simulation model of the supply chain green innovation system by the method of system dynamics from the perspective of"economy-ecology-resources-output".Taking Liaoning Province as the research area,this paper selects historical data from 2012 to 2021 to conduct dynamic research on the evolution trend of supply chain green innovation systems under different scenarios.The research confirms the promotion effect of digital investment on the performance of green innovation in the supply chain,and puts forward policy recommendations from the perspectives of digital construction,industrial synergy and agglomeration,and environmental regulation design.
