基于业财融合下物流企业财务转型的路径——以S物流企业为例

Research on the Path of Financial Transformation of Logistics Enterprises Based on the Integration of Industry and Finance——Taking S Logistics Enterprise as an Example

近年来,随着我国经济的迅猛发展,特别是信息技术与网络技术的快速发展,传统工业经济不断向互联网经济转变,各个企业之间的竞争日益加剧。面对激烈的市场竞争,企业需要适时制定转型战略,不断地对自身的组织结构进行调整和优化。财务管理是现代企业管理的重要组成部分,业财融合作为现代企业财务管理的一大趋势,对财务管理提出了更高的要求,因此企业需要不断探索财务转型的有效路径。文章以S物流企业为例,就该企业如何基于业财融合实现自身的财务转型提出一些建议和看法。

In recent years,with the rapid development of our economy,especially with the birth and development of information technology and network technology,the traditional industrial economy has been changing to the Internet economy,and competition between companies is intensifying.Facing the extremely fierce market competition,the enterprise needs to make the transformation strategy in time,adjusts and optimizes its own organization structure unceasingly.Financial management is an important part of modern enterprise management;the integration of industry and finance is a trend of modern enterprise financial management and puts forward higher requirements for financial management.Therefore,enterprises need to constantly explore the effective path of financial transformation.Taking S Logistics Enterprise as an example,this paper puts forward some suggestions and opinions on how to achieve their own financial transformation based on the integration of industry and finance.
