智慧物流的发展使企业对物流人才提出了更高的要求,企业对具备物流专业知识和技能、大数据挖掘和分析技能的复合型人才的需求势必会不断增加。OBE是以成果为导向的教育理念,将其运用到大数据智慧物流方向人才培养方面,有利于学生掌握相关专业知识和专项技能,以提升人才培养的质量与成效。文章分析了大数据智慧物流方向人才培养存在的问题,基于OBE理念,从重构培养目标体系、完善大数据类课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、优化学习成果评价机制等方面提出了对大数据智慧物流方向人才培养模式的相关建议,希望能为高校培养大数据智慧物流方向的人才提供参考。

The development of intelligent logistics makes enterprises put forward higher requirements for logistics talents.Enterprises will inevitably increase the demand for compound talents with both logistics professional knowledge and skills and big data mining and analysis skills.OBE is a results-oriented education concept that is applied to talent cultivation in the direction of big data intelligent logistics,which helps students master relevant professional knowledge and special skills to improve the quality and effectiveness of talent cultivation.The paper analyzes the existing problems in talent cultivation in the direction of big data intelligent logistics,and based on the OBE concept,puts forward relevant suggestions on talent cultivation models in the direction of big data intelligent logistics from aspects such as restructuring the cultivation target system,improving the big data curriculum system,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and optimizing the evaluation mechanism of learning achievements.It is hoped to provide reference for universities to cultivate talents in the direction of big data intelligent logistics.
