产教融合背景下跨境电商物流人才培养模式研究

Research on Training Mode of Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics Talents Under the Background of Integration of Production and Education

聚焦当下,随着经济全球化与信息全球化的不断发展以及各国经贸物资往来的日益密切,跨境电商物流行业也越来越壮大,呈现出很大的发展潜力。我国提出要“深化产教融合”并特别指出要加强学校与企业的联合以共同培养跨境电商物流人才。在产教融合背景下,随着跨境电商行业的不断深入发展,物流人才供不应求的问题也随之凸显出来。在此形势下,培养跨境电商物流人才是各高校和企业所面临的不容忽视的问题,“深化产教结合、校企合作”有利于实现校企合作双赢。文章深度研究产教融合背景下跨境电商物流人才培养模式,并分析现今人才培养模式的效果,探讨在产教融合背景下如何培养跨境电商物流人才,以期为跨境电商行业输送“新鲜血液”。分别从企业、学校等方面开展研究并提出有效的策略和建议,以弥补跨境电商物流人才缺口,并在增加跨境电商物流人才数量的基础上提升物流人才的质量,促进跨境电商行业在当代背景下不断蓬勃发展。

With the continuous development of economic globalization and information globalization and the increasingly close exchanges of economic and trade materials between countries,the cross-border e-commerce logistics industry is growing stronger and stronger,showing great potential for development.China proposed to"deepen the integration of industry and education"and specifically pointed out the need to strengthen the collaboration between schools and enterprises to jointly cultivate cross-border e-commerce logistics talents.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,with the continuous development of cross-border e-commerce industry,the cross-border e-commerce industry is also faced with the problem of short supply of logistics talents.In this situation,the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce logistics talents is an issue that universities and enterprises cannot ignore."Deepening the combination of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation"is conducive to achieving winwin cooperation between schools and enterprises.This paper deeply studies the cross-border e-commerce logistics talent cultivation model,analyzes the effects of current talent cultivation models,and discusses how to cultivate cross-border e-commerce logistics talents in the context of industry-education integration,with a view to providing"fresh blood"for the cross-border e-commerce industry.The paper also conducts research and proposes effective strategies and suggestions from enterprises,schools,and other aspects to fill the talent gap of cross-border e-commerce logistics,improve the quality of logistics talents on the basis of increasing the number of cross-border e-commerce logistics talents,and promote the continuous and vigorous development of cross-border e-commerce industry in the contemporary context.
