骨科用丝素蛋白粘合剂的制备及性能研究

摘要 针对传统骨科用粘合材料粘合性能和生物相容性能较低的问题,提出一种新型骨科用粘合材料的制备,通过猪皮搭载拉伸实验和生物学评价试验对粘合材料的性能进行研究。结果表明:在温度37℃条件下养护12 h的样品(SFDG12),猪皮搭载拉伸强度为181.5 kPa,细胞存活率高于90%,对细胞的粘附、生长、迁移都有一定的促进作用,具有较好的粘合性能和生物相容性能,可在骨科中伤口愈合缓慢区域使用。 In view of the low adhesion and biocompatibility of traditional orthopaedic medical adhesive materials,a new orthopaedic medical adhesive material was prepared.The properties of the adhesive material were studied by piggy skin loading tensile test and biological evaluation test.The results show that the tensile strength of pig skin is 181.5 kPa and the cell survival rate is higher than 90%after 12 hours of curing at 37℃,which can promote cell adhesion,growth and migration.It has good adhesion and biocompatibility,which can be used in orthopedic areas where wound healing is slow.
