水泥改性乳化沥青混合环保路面材料的性能试验

摘要 乳化沥青混合料是工程上可大量使用的安全环保型路面材料,为了研究水泥对乳化沥青混合料各方面性能的影响,通过一系列室内试验方法研究了2%、3%和4%3种不同掺量水泥对乳化沥青混合料力学性能和高低温、水稳定性的影响。结果表明,水泥的加入提高了乳化沥青混合料的强度和高温稳定性、水稳定性;但同时增加了混合料的弹性模量和低温脆硬性,降低了混合料的变形能力和低温性能,建议工程应用中对于水泥掺量应综合考虑各方面使用性能,使得效益最优化。 Emulsified asphalt mixtures are safe and environmentally friendly road materials that can be widely used in engineering.In order to study the influence of cement on the properties of emulsion asphalt mixture,the effects of cement with 2%,3%and 4%of emulsion asphalt mixture were studied through a series of indoor test methods.The test results showed that the addition of cement improved the strength and high temperature stability and water stability of emulsion asphalt mixture,but increased the elastic modulus and low temperature of the mixture,reducing the deformation ability and low temperature performance.It is suggested that the dosage of cement admixture should be comprehensively considered in engineering application,in order to optimize the benefits.
