摘要
研究针对快速氢气传感监测技术设计提出了一种变压器升高座监测工装平台和测试方法,基于实验室气相色谱仪验证了变压器油中溶解氢气在工装内的扩散过程,实测快速氢气监测装置准确性性能可达到DL/T 1498.2—2016中A级标准要求,响应时间小于色谱在线监测装置,仿真分析快速氢气监测装置预安装位置的电场分布,不影响瓦斯继电器的报警功能,可为变压器油中溶解气体的监测提供新的思路。
Aiming at the rapid hydrogen sensing monitoring technology,this paper designs a transformer elevated seat monitoring tooling platform and test method,and verifies the diffusion process of dissolved hydrogen in transformer oil in the tooling based on laboratory gas chromatograph.The accuracy and performance of the measured rapid hydrogen monitoring device can meet the requirements of class A standard in DL/T 1498.2—2016,and the response time is less than that of the chromatographic on-line monitoring device.The simulation analysis of the electric field distribution at the pre installation position of the rapid hydrogen monitoring device does not affect the alarm function of the gas relay,which can provide a new idea for the monitoring of dissolved gas in transformer oil.
