摘要
结合钢结构具体节点设计及施工情况,通过列举钢结构厂房中矩形管檩条与拉条的4种连接节点,从节点构造、加工工艺及施工方面进行研究,对各种连接方式的优缺点进行比较和讨论:矩形管檩条穿孔与拉条连接节点加工方便,现场安装困难;矩形管檩条附加C型钢以及连接板连接节点现场安装方便,但需额外增加材料;矩形管檩条开安装手孔与拉条连接现场安装方便,但材料强度减弱。根据节点的特性与工业厂房的结构形式特点,在设计中选择不同的拉条节点,以达到最佳经济效益目的,对钢结构工业厂房的檩条设计工作具有一定的参考意义。
Combined with the concrete joint design and construction of steel structure,by listing steel structure workshop rectangular tube purlin and strip of four kinds of connection nodes,the processing and construction steps of the connection nodes are introduced in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of various connection methods are compared and discussed,so that the structural design of industrial plant can fully consider economic benefits and reasonable force structure,so choose different node design,in order to achieve the best economic benefits,so the steel structure industrial plant purlin design work has a certain reference significance.
