北京地铁大断面矩形顶管通道技术经济分析

A technical and economic analysis of the passageway of large-section rectangular pipe jacking in Beijing subway

摘要 近年来,随着建筑市场工人的日益减少,人工单价在逐渐提高,如何降低人工成本是人们共同关注的问题。提高机械化施工水平,推行地下工程的“装配式建筑”,矩形顶管法为城市地铁出入口通道或地铁换乘通道的施工建设提供了一个新的解决途径。结合北京市具体工程实例,对大断面矩形顶管法进行了技术经济比选及造价分析,结果表明,采用矩形顶管法施工地铁出入口通道可以节约工期、保证工程安全、降低工程造价、减少对周边环境的影响等。 In recent years,the unit price of labor is gradually increasing due to the reduction trend of construction workers in the market.The way to reduce labor cost has been a widely recognized issue.With improving mechanization level of construction,implementing the“prefabricated building”of underground works and the rectangular pipe jacking method provides a new solution for the construction of urban subway entrance and exit passages or subway transfer passages.This article combines a specific practical engineering in Beijing to conduct a technical and economic comparison and cost analysis of the large section rectangular pipe jacking method.The results show that applying the rectangular pipe jacking method to construct subway entrances and exits can save time,ensure project safety,reduce project costs,and reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
