摘要
渔塘大桥全桥技术状况等级为“四类”,经中长期综合考虑决定对其拆除重建。大桥上、下游紧邻大坝、水电站设施,桥梁高度大,河谷地质复杂,河道有大坝泄洪要求等复杂工程环境,鉴于以上诸多因素拟采用拱下搭设支架进行机械拆除,采用数值模拟计算方法分析拆除过程支架系统的稳定性,同时结合现场监测结果对支架系统的稳定性进行验证,结果表明:搭设组合支架进行机械拆除可以保证其施工过程安全可靠,且在施工组织管理和施工工效方面优势明显,可为类似工程提供参考。
The technical condition of Yutang Bridge was rated as“Ⅳcategories”,it was decided to dismantle and rebuild it after comprehensive consideration in the medium and long term.The bridge is close to the dam and hydropower station facilities,the bridge height is large,the valley geology is complex,the river channel has dam flood discharge requirements and other complex engineering environment,in view of the above many factors it is proposed to use the arch under the erection bracket for mechanical demolition,the numerical simulation calculation method is used to analyze the stability of the bracket system,and at the same time combined with the on-site monitoring results to verify the stability of the bracket system,the results show that the mechanical demolition of the combined bracket can ensure its construction safety and reliability,and has obvious advantages in construction organization management and efficiency of construction.It can provide a reference for similar projects.
