在新课程改革背景下,各个学校都在努力完成教学模式的转变,即从过去传统的教学模式转变为“学生为主体,教师为主导”的引导型教学模式。作为高中英语教师,在英语教学过程中如何发挥作为“引导者”的作用,培养学生的自主学习能力和创新思维,是一个值得大家关心和共同探讨的问题。高中英语对于广大英语教师和学生来说都是一个巨大的挑战,教学环节尤为关键,本文阐述了其中出现的问题及其应对策略。

Under the background of the new curriculum reform,schools are trying to complete the transformation of teaching mode from the past traditional teaching model into student-centered,teacher-guided teaching model.As a senior high school English teacher,how to act as a guide in the teaching of senior high school and to cultivate their autonomous learning ability and innovate thinking,is a problem which is worth our concern and discussion.Senior high school English is a huge challenge for teachers and students and the teaching links are distinctly crucial,so this article elaborates the problems occurred in it and the solutions to them.
