轨道车辆铝蜂窝结构司机室研制及仿真分析

摘要 铝蜂窝材料具有密度低,比强度高,减振降噪等优点,作为一种新型的纯金属微结构仿生复合材料,可以实现轨道车辆绿色环保的轻量化理念。为了确定铝蜂窝材料在轨道车辆实际应用情况,对比了不同结构司机室质量与噪声情况,同时对铝蜂窝司机室结构进行静强度和疲劳强度数值仿真分析,有助于更加了解其受力特点。结果显示:铝蜂窝板使用率在90%以上时,铝蜂窝司机室结构可以实现隔声量提高19.3%、轻量化18%的效果;所有工况下铝蜂窝司机室结构的应力均小于相应的许用应力,安全系数均大于1.15,满足EN12663标准要求,这对将来轨道车辆用铝蜂窝结构产品的设计优化、工艺改进,以及大批量应用可以起到理论支撑作用。 As a new type of pure metal micro-structure bionic composite material,aluminum honeycomb material has the advantages of low density,high specific strength,vibration and noise reduction,which can realize the lightweight concept of green and environmental protection for rail vehicles.In order to determine the practical application of aluminum honeycomb material in rail vehicles,the weight and noise of different cabs are compared.At the same time,the static strength and fatigue strength of the aluminum honeycomb structure are numerically simulated,which will help us to better understand its stress characteristics.The results show that the aluminum honeycomb cabs can increase sound insulation by 19.3%and reduce weight by 18%when the usage rate of aluminum honeycomb panel is above 90%.Under all working conditions,the stress of aluminum honeycomb structure is less than the corresponding allowable stress,and the safety factor is greater than 1.15,which meets the requirements of EN12663 standard.This can play a theoretical support role in the design optimization,process improvement,and mass application of aluminum honeycomb structure products for rail vehicles in the future.
