摘要
研究了新型类石墨烯材料SG5在普通输送带覆盖胶料中的应用,并通过替换炭黑N660考察了胶料加工性能、力学性能、耐磨性能、动态生热、导热及导电性能。结果表明,SG5用量小于或等于20份时,并用胶t10和t90均略有缩短,MH降低,门尼粘度在SG5/炭黑N660配用比为1∶1时最低;硬度、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率以及各级定伸应力均变化不大;60℃下动态剪切损耗模量G″和储能模量G′均略有降低,导热系数增大,表面电阻降低,耐磨性明显提升;SG5/炭黑N660用量为15份/5份时,耐磨性能最好。
The application of a new graphene-like material SG5 in the ordinary conveyor belt covering compound was studied,and the processing performance,mechanical properties,wear resistance,dynamic heat build-up,thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of the compound were investigated by replacing carbon black N660.The results showed that when the amount of SG5 was 0~20 phr,the tio and tgo of the blends were slightly shortened,Mh was decreased,and the Mooney viscosity was the lowest when SG5/N660 ratio was 1:1.Hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break and modulus had little change.At 60'C,the dynamic shear loss modulus(G")and storage modulus(G')were slightly decreased,the thermal conductivity was increased,the surface resistance was decreased,and the wear resistance was improved obviously.When SG5/N660 ratio was 15/5,the wear resistance was the best.
