摘要
通过逐量替代炭黑N550,研究了新型纳米碳材G66对NBR胶料硫化特性、力学性能、耐磨性能、动态力学性能、导热性能和导电性能的影响。结果表明,G66从0份逐渐增加到60份,NBR混炼胶扭矩差降低,t10保持不变,t90减小,门尼粘度略有下降;其硫化胶硬度及定伸应力均降低,拉断伸长率增大,拉伸强度基本保持不变;NBR油封制品动态生热有所降低,导热系数增大,表面电阻明显降低。
The effects of a new type of nano carbon material G66 on the vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties,wear resistance,dynamic mechanical properties,thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of NBR compounds were studied by replacing carbon black N55o.The results showed that when G66 gradually increased from O to 60 phr,the torque difference of NBR compound decreased,tio remained unchanged,too decreased,and Mooney viscosity decreased slightly;The hardness and modulus of the vulcanizate decreased,and the elongation at break increased,tensile strength was basically unchanged.The dynamic heat build-up of NBR oil seal products was decreased,the thermal conductivity was increased,and the surface resistance value was significantly reduced.
