高粘弹橡胶沥青及其SUP13混合料的工程应用

摘要 为优化路用改性沥青的粘弹性能以及改善传统橡胶沥青的难加工性、性能不稳定性和高成本等问题,采用微纳胶粉复合SBS制备了高粘弹橡胶沥青,并工程化应用于高速公路SUP13上面层。结果表明,与常规路用SBS改性沥青相比,高粘弹橡胶沥青的低温模量较低、高温模量较高,其混合料高低温性能都优于常规SBS改性沥青混合料,而且耐老化性能和水稳定性均优异。工程应用效果表明,高粘弹橡胶沥青具有类似SBS改性沥青的易加工易施工特点,适合用于国内西部高等级沥青路面的铺筑及推广应用。 Processing,storage stability and high cost of rubber asphalt presented a great challenge for its application in pavements.For the purpose of optimizing the viscoelastic properties of modified asphalt,high viscoelastic rubber asphalt(HVRA)was industrially produced and applied in the SUP 13 pavement by using micro nano tire rubber and SBS.The results showed that compared with SBS modified asphalt,the properties of HVRA at high and low temperature was superior in terms of binder and its hot mix asphalt mixture.HVRA also had better aging resistance and water resistance.The initial application showed HVRA had the same processing ability as that of SBS modified asphalt,which had great potential application in highway of west area.
