摘要
优化和改进了一种金属骨架-氟橡胶粘结件成型工艺。结果表明,通过优化机械喷砂、粘合剂选用和模具工装装配等工序,解决了该型制品成型工艺存在的粘合效果不佳、质量一致性差、批次稳定性差和手工去边难度大等问题;改进后,成型工艺稳定可靠,制品合格率提高,成品均符合设计要求。
A forming process for metal-rubber bonding parts was optimized and improved.The results showed that the problems of poor adhesivity,poor quality consistency,poor batch stability,and difficult manual deflashing in the forming process of this type of product were solved by optimizing the processes such as mechanical sandblasting,adhesive selection,and mold tooling assembly.After improvement,the forming process was stable and reliable,the product qualification rate was improved,and the finished products met the design requirements.
