摘要
以甘油和乙二醇为氢键供体,四丁基溴化铵和甲基三苯基溴化膦为氢键受体,合成了新型低共熔溶剂(DES);研究了DES对异戊橡胶硫化动力学、硫化橡胶动态剪切Payne效应和循环拉伸Mullins效应的影响。结果表明,加入DES可显著提高IR硫化效率,而不影响平衡硫化状态储能模量及其对应变幅度的依赖性。加入基于四丁基溴化铵/甘油(摩尔比3/1)的DES可显著降低100℃损耗因子并减弱室温循环拉伸Mullins效应。
Deep eutectic solvents(DES)were prepared using tetrabutylammonium or methyltriphenylphosphonium bromides as hydrogen bonding acceptor and glycerol or ethylene glycol as hydrogen bonding donor.Effects of DES on vulcanization dynamics of isoprene rubber(IR)and Payne effect and Mullins effect of the vulcanizates under dynamic oscillatory shear and cyclic tension were investigated,respectively.The results showed that DES could accelerate the vulcanization of IR,and without influencing storage modulus and its strain amplitude dependence.DES prepared from tetrabutylammonium bromide and glycerol in a mole ratio of 3/1 could reduce loss factor at 10o'C and weaken Mullins effect under room temperature cyclic tension.
