风力锥形弹性支撑模具设计

摘要 分析了风力橡胶锥形弹性支撑的结构特点,设计了一种按顺序开模的自动注压模具。针对锥形周向全包胶制品脱模难问题,设计了分块组合式镶件,通过滑块-弯销运动机构控制开模顺序,依次完成中模脱模、滑块侧向脱模、主模芯抽芯,最终实现制品自动脱模。结果表明,模具结构合理,工作稳定。 The structural characteristics of the wind turbine conical elastic bearing were analyzed,and the sequentially automatic injection mold was designed.Aiming at the problem of demoulding difficulty of conical circumferentiai all-rubber product,the block combination insert was designed,and the mold opening sequence was controlled by the slider-bending pin motion mechanism.The upper insert demoulding,the slider-side demoulding,and the main mold core demoulding were completed successively,the automatic demoulding of the product was finally realized.The results showed that the structural design was reasonable and stable.
